Vanessa writes and plays synths/keyboards in 4 bands. The orchestral rock band ‘Starling’ (www.myspace.com/starlingsings), The very loud ‘RPM’ (www.myspace.com/rpmlive), MS touring band, and another with a group of skilled musicians at a fantastically relevant 21st century church called the Abundant Life Church (www.alm.org.uk) who have released 9 albums.

Vanessa teaches piano lessons to those who want to learn a bit differently. She focus’ upon training your ear to enable you to simply sit at a piano and just play whatever you have in your head as apposed to pulling the music books out. You will find it easier to transcribe pieces of music, write your own material and connect the music in your head to the fingers on your piano.
